In only 9 shows, Gun Powder has been titled as the 2016 APHA Senior Reining World Champion and has amassed nearly $13,000 in NRHA earnings. Hottie is by Cow Cuttin Colonel and out of KT Copper Comet. Cow Cuttin Colonel is a major contender in the cow horse industry. A few of his accomplishments include: NRCHA Superior Cow horse, AQHA Open and Amateur Performance ROM, 2006 NRCHA World Show Non Pro Hackamore – 3rd!, 2005 AQHA Amateur Performance ROM, 2005 NRCHA World Show Non Pro Hackamore Finalist, 2004 WRHA Non Pro Derby Reserve Champion. Exquisite buckskin filly out of KT Hollywood Katana and by KT King of Blue. This is a filly with a performance packed pedigree. Katana was professionally trained by Jason Hicks for almost a year before she got injured. Her dam, KT Write on Dyna, was out of Dregers Harley Tucker, a daughter of Dry Doc Chex (NCHA money earner), out of a Doc Tom Tucker/King Fritz mare. Dyna is by Just Plain Starlight, “Colonel.” Harly was shown in cutting and was owned by Wagner Performance Horses of Wilbur, WA. Harley was used for ranch work, been roped off of, used to doctor calves, and the kids can rider her too! Katana’s sire, Doll Docsan, “Leroy,” is a stallion that was smooth ride with tremendous talent, beautiful movement and huge stop.
