Holy Smoke is our black American Quarter Pony mare that we have had on the place since she was born in 1988. We have done everything on her from Rescue race, barrels, poles, chasing cows, and she raises nice foals. Her sire is Duffy’s Cabin, an AQHA race horse out of Nevada Regards. Duffy’s Cabin was a son of Nevada Regards, a grandson of Pit Boss, and went back to Three Bars, Texas Dandy, Clabber Girl, Question Mark, Osage Red, and more. Ivy is a mare that is owned by Allison of Costal Equine in Ferndale, WA. She is a great older mare that Toni gives lessons on and we throw extra riders on her that come to help out.


Cadburry Creme is a daughter of point earner Continental Cad. Her dam had a sensational pedigree, and we have done alot with our “Cad”. She is a great cow horse, show horse, and rope horse. She has produced some really nice, big built foals. She is only about 14.3 hands, but is heavy built. “Riley” is a nice bay roan mare that Sony and Jeanie Riley got for the kids.


“Ollie” is a grey AQHA gelding owned by Jeanie Riley, he is a great ranch gelding and Jeanie lets the kids use him.


“Slick” is a pleasant gelding that is out of Comet and by Double. He has been at the Western Pleasure Dude Ranch until 2016 and now he is back for Kade to ride.


Bev Montana is our token kids’ paint. She is Kade and Kaine’s horse, but, mainly rode by Kaine since Kade likes to ride Smoke. Bev is a great mare that is been shown a lot before we got her and we are looking forward to what the kids will do with her.


Kt Pocketfullofposey is a really pleasant mare by Zinks Major Kid and out of PDQ Rikki Tikki Lee, “Sissy.” “Pocket” is Anna’s new ranch horse, she is a talented mare with a impressive pedigree. She is a great granddaughter of AQHA Pt earners: Docs Rickasay, John Zink, and Sheza Major Star. Pocket is also a great granddaughter of Spear Lee Bar, AQHA Race SI-105/AAAT/ROM, 55-24-10-9, $22,853. Pocket’s pedigree also includes other greats like Docs Dee Bar, Lucky Lynx, Birthday Bar and Catechu. and Pana Dude. We love the agility and cowyness of these foals, they are great riding, ranch and arena horses. She is a really nice mare that Diann Schuler took to the Othello fair and she was shown halter. Anna is planning on using her for ranch work and showing her at the fair.


KT Copper Shimmer is one of our ranch horses. This is a mare that really can work a cow and is really good on her feet. Standing just shy of 15 hands, and very solid, everyone looks good riding this horse. She is out of Copper Star Bar, one of our original mares, and Zink. Shimmer’s 1/2 brother Leo, was shown on the cutting circuit and did well. We’ve shown this mare, used her at some cutting practices, and she is a great Working Ranch horse. KT A Fancy Dualler is a fancy 2010 mare that Jake Geddes trained on a ranch in SE Idaho. She has ranch riding, is started on barrels and has had very limited roping. She is a great little mare with a lot of stamina and despite her small size and go all day long. She is by Just Plain Starlight, a son of Tamalight and out of Wright on Sugarnic, winner of the Cascade Cutter’s Futurity. Her dam is Tessas Poco Penny, who is a dun daughter of The Dualler out of a Sonnys OO Buck, Docs Adonis, Poco Bueno bred mare. Fancy is a great little mare and we are hoping that her and Kaine will make a great team.



KT Friday Night Starlight is a fancy filly by Just Plain Starlight and out of Docs Peppy Anna. Docs Peppy Anna is by Little Peppy Conger who is an NCHA money earner of $9,184.08. He has his NCHA Certificate of Ability, 1993 NWCHA Reserve Champion Open Horse LTE over $25,000. He is a son of Peppy San Badger. Little Peppy Conger’s dam is Patty Solano has won $5,520.53 in NCHA and has won her COA. Just Plain Starlight is a son of Tamalight and is out of Wright on Sugarnic, winner of the Cascade Cutter’s Futurity. This is a great pedigreed filly with a pedigree including Tamalight, Lenas Wright On, Little Peppy Conger, Patty Solano and more. Doc Peppy Anna is a great producing mare that has proved her worth many times over. This is a great cross that has the pedigree to perform, but the size to also work a ranch. Friday is a full sister to Nugget. She was born 6/3/14. 


KT Major Stinger Bee is a cute filly that was born June 9, 2015 and is by Zinks Major Kid and out of Wright on Sugarinic, “Stinger.”‘ This filly is bred to the hilt; her dam, Stinger, won Pro division of the Cascade Cutters Futurity and is an own daughter of Lenas Wright On. Her dam,Just Plain Sugari has NCHA earnings of $111.31 and is an AQHA point earner. She is a granddaughter of Smart Little Lena, Slide Me Again and Just Plain Colonel, who are all money and pt earners. She is also the dam of our Stallion, Just Plain Starlight. Top side, this filly is by Zinks Major Kid, who is by  John Zink 1972 , who was an earner of AQHA Pts and 67 Palomino Halter pts and 119 Palomino Performance Pts. Zink’s dam,Sheza Major Star,was also shown AQHA. Zink has Major Bonanza, Skipper W, Quincy Dan and more in his pedigree. This filly is going to a performance deluxe. We are hoping that Bee will work for Jaxsen.


“Charlie” is a fifth generation that we have raised and is out of KT Copper Isabelle and by Little Cielo. KT Copper Isabelle is out of Captains Double Coy and KT Copper Queen Cleo. We showed Izzy as a weanling through two year old, she was then injured and now we use her on the ranch. She really goes after the cows. Little Cielo was the 2011 NRHCA Limited Open Bridle Champion SBF, NRCHA World Show Qualifier (Open and Non Pro), AQHA world qualifier- cowhorse Open and Non Pro, LTE $10,000 NRCHA. He is by Gallo Del Cielo, $4.9 Million Sire, NRHA $2 Million Sire, Equi-Stat ranked: #4 Leading Reininig Sire, #5 Leading Lifetime Reining Sire. We are very excited about this cross and cannot wait to see what the future holds for this filly. She was born 5/25/17.


KT Pic this Double, “Lil Blackie,” is a showy black filly out of Pics Bar Bee, “Blackie,” and by Captains Double Coy, “Double.” Blackie is a black 2002 daughter of Pic Remedy, a son of Doc’s Remedy, out of a Willie War Chic bred mare. This mare has many greats on her papers including Doc Bar, Teresa Tivio, Sugar Vandy, War Chic, and Deck Oiler to name some. She is bred for performance and to run and has that look. Very keen head, square body, and a great personality. Blackie loves attention and is easy to be around. Blackie color tested as a true black, a/a, but heterozygous main and tail black, E/e. Double is one of our senior stallions, his foals have an outstanding disposition, are easy to break and are really cowy, and are great using horse for any arena. His breeding includes Major Bonanza, Alotta King, Jaguar and more. With a pedigree like this filly’s it would be hard to go wrong to add her to the herd. She was born 6/12/17.


KT Abbie Get Yo Gun, “Yo,” is out of Charros Dandy Miss, “Pistol,” and by KT Jackpot City. Pistol, has been shown NFQHA, has been featured on the NFQHA rule book and in the NFQHA magazine. She is a great working ranch horse, rope horse, and the kids can ride her as well. Pistol’s sire, Gold Country Charro is a dunskin stallion that was shown in 1998 and 1999 in halter at local shows. KT Jackpot City is out of Lenas Abbie N Charge and is by City Smarts. “Abbie” is a daughter of Smart Like Lena with Mr. Charge Bar on the bottom side. Smart Like Lena is a son of Smart Little Lena and has lifetime earnings of over $89,000.00 a ROM in cutting, and has sired offspring earning over $100,000 in NCHA money. Many people think of Mr. Charge Bar, on Abbie’s bottom side, as a racehorse, which he was, but he also was an NCHA money earner, had 33 AQHA performance points, 11 halter points, and an SI of 75. City Smarts is by An Educated Guess, 385 reining points, and the highest point earning son of Smart Chic Olena. City has a full brother that is a reiner and priced at $13,000. This is a pretty moving filly with tons of ability. Yo was born 7/15/17.


KT Hot Gun Powder, “Pow,” is by KR Gun Powder and is out of KT Cow Cuttin Hottie. KR Gun Powder is by Colonels Smoking Gun and out of A Bueno Poco Dunit. KR Gun Powder is the 2016 APHA Senior Reining World Champion. In only 9 shows, Gun Powder has been titled as the 2016 APHA Senior Reining World Champion and has amassed nearly $13,000 in NRHA earnings. Hottie is by Cow Cuttin Colonel and out KT Copper Comet. Cow Cuttin Colonel is a major contender in the cow horse industry. A few of his accomplishments include: NRCHA Superior Cow horse, AQHA Open and Amateur Performance ROM, 2008 Paul Dice Memorial Non Pro Bridle Champion, 2007 WSQHA Amateur Hi Point Working Horse Champion, 2006 NRCHA World Show Non Pro Hackamore – 3rd!, 2005 AQHA Amateur Performance ROM, 2005 IRCHA Non Pro Derby Reserve Champion, 2005 Paul Dice Memorial Hackamore Classic Reserve Champion, 2005 NRCHA World Show Non Pro Hackamore Finalist, 2004 WRHA Non Pro Derby Reserve Champion, 2004 Circle Y Derby Amateur Champion/4th in the Non Pro, 2003 WRHA Non Pro Reining Futurity Reserve Champion. Pow was born 3/17/18, she is a filly that we are planning on keeping.


KT Shotgun Sally is a cute buckskin roan filly out of Copys Strawberrytart and by KT Gunpowder N Lead. Strawberry is a big boned red roan mare with a lot natural thickness. She is by True Enchanted Copy, who goes back to Jackie Bee, San Peppy, Biankus and Go Man Go. On the bottom side Strawberry is out of Tue Much An Angel, who goes back to Dry Doc, Bueno Chex, Skipper W and Poco Bueno. Gunner is a roan dunskin son of Cue Bars Laddie, AQHA point earning and producing stallion. Gunner’s dam, Pistol, has been shown NFQHA, has been featured on rule book and in the NFQHA magazine. She is a great working ranch horse, rope horse, and the kids can ride her as well. Pistol’s sire, Gold Country Charro is a dunskin stallion that was shown in 1998 and 1999 in halter at local shows. Sally has been color tested and is homozygous roan. This foal was born 4/30/18. We have decided to keep this filly.
