Showy colt by Midnight Kat DR, “MC” and out of KT Gun in a Million, “Mil.” MC is by Starlight Midnight, who is a NRHA money-earner, he qualified for the 2007 AQHA World Show in Jr. Heeling. Starlight Midnight earned over 60 AQHA points and has earned his AQHA Register of Merit. He is by the legendary sire Grays Starlight. Offspring of Grays Starlight have won over 10 million dollars. His offspring have made him one of the Leading Sires in the NRHA, NRCHA and NCHA. MC’s dam is Slick as a Cat DR who is by Magneticat. Magneticat is a gorgeous red roan with a lot of bone and size. Magneticat has a fantastic mind and he can move around on a cow. He is a big stopper with great quickness. Magneticat has earnings with a limited show career. He is sired by Metallic Cat who is the hottest stallion in the cutting horse business. Mil is by KT Gunpowder N Lead and out of Wright on Sugarnic, “Stinger.”‘ Mil has been color tested by UC Davis as a smoky black and her brindle coloring cannot be explained by chimerism. She is a granddaughter of Smart Little Mesa, Slide Me Again and Just Plain Colonel, who are all money and pt earners. Mil’s sire, KT Gunpowder N Lead, is a son of Cue Bars Laddie. Cue Bars Laddie was shown as a reiner, cowhorse and rope horse. He was the recipient of the Open AQHA All Around Trophy and is a CCHA Hall of Fame Horse. Gunner is out of Charros Dandy Miss who was shown NFQHA and local shows. Gunner has greats on his papers like Peppy San, Doc O’Lena, Dandy Derby, Docs Jack Frost, and Imperial One. Gunner was broke to ride in the Allison Trimble program and a very nice stallion. Here is a fancy grullo colt by KT Gunners Sage Bug and out of Shesa Leo Dandy, “Eddie.” KT Gunners Sage Bug is out of Continental Lady Bug and is by KT Gunpowder N Lead. Gunner is a roan dunskin son of Cue Bars Laddie, AQHA point earning and producing stallion. Gunner’s dam, Pistol, has been shown NFQHA, has been featured on rule book and in the NFQHA magazine. She is a great working ranch horse, rope horse, and the kids can ride her as well. Pistol’s sire, Gold Country Charro is a dunskin stallion that was shown in 1998 and 1999 in halter at local shows. Lady Bug is a big boned Continental Cad daughter going back to Mr Blackburn on the bottom. Eddie is a cute buckskin mare that came to us from Ed Hayes in St John. KT King Walthari, “Walt,” is a fancy grullo (roan?) colt that is named after our Uncle Walt, they share a birthday. Walt is out of KT Copper Queen Cleo and by KT Gunners Sage Bug. Cleo is one of our favorite mares, she is out of our first foal crop by Docs Sizzle Bar. Her dam was an awesome all-around horse, Copper Queen Robin. Dad roped off of Robin, she was used as a ranch horse, Toni barrel raced off of her and she was shown 4H. She was not used as a brood mare until she was in her 20s. Her breeding includes Docs Dee Bar, Sizzlin Hot, Gusdusted, Ed Echols, and more. Sage Bug is out of Continental Lady Bug and is by KT Gunpowder N Lead. Gunner is a roan dunskin son of Cue Bars Laddie, AQHA point earning and producing stallion. Gunner’s dam, Pistol, has been shown NFQHA, has been featured on rule book and in the NFQHA magazine. 2017 Grullo Azteca Colt

“Whim” is our Azteca colt, this swanky, impressive, elegant colt is out of Reeds Poco Ms Whinny and by Denali AK. Denali AK is a 2008 PRE STALLION, Elegant mover, tall, will be a winner of movements and morphology. He was the 2010 IALHA National Championship. First place (class of 10) NC Andalusian Colts & Under. First Place (class of 7) NC Spanish Colts 2 & Under. His sire Kianto Ami purchased as a foal in 1998 from Pam Hecht of JDON East in Florida. He has turned out to be a great sire of many National champion offspring, giving great power in movement as well as good bone size. His temperament is extraordinary, a calm individual. Reeds Poco Ms Whinny is a dun mare by Reeds Zan Kid out of Reeds Star Magic. Bred by Reed’s Quarter Horses of Rosalia, WA. This mare is 93% NFQHA and goes back to Dustin Command, Zan Parr Bar, Fritz Command, Star Duster, Skippa String, and Page Lee. He is NFQHA eligible and was born 3/31/16. Reed has been color tested as a grulla. This is a colt with a lot of body, a great personality and the breeding to back it up.
