Her sire, KT Gunners Sage Bug, is out of Continental Lady Bug and by KT Gunpowder N Lead. “Gunner” is a striking roan dunskin son of Cue Bars Laddie, an AQHA point-earning and producing stallion. Gunner’s dam, Pistol, has been shown with the NFQHA, featured in the NFQHA rule book and magazine, and is the kind of ranch and rope horse the whole family can ride. Most folks are slowing down for the weekend…
but around here, we’re just getting started.
Friday means it’s time to pick up the pace—
more cattle to check, more horses to work,
and a to-do list that somehow doubled overnight.
The horses are fresh, the cows are testing fences,
and everyone’s acting like they’ve got weekend plans of their own.
No punching out early here—
just tightening cinches, filling fuel tanks,
and getting ready for a couple full days of doing what we do.
Because on this ranch…
the weekend isn’t for resting—it’s for getting after it.
