In honor of National FFA week we just want to say how much FFA has been an influence in our lives for generations. I received the Star Green Hand award in high school and we were all active in FFA. The Pierson and Bennett families have long had a tradition of supporting FFA, participating in FFA, and being mindful of FFA influences. FFA helps bring strength of mind, body, and soul and keeps agriculture in our schools. We are thankful for all of the great FFA advisors out there and a big thank you to Heidi Shattuck and Charlie Danzie for keeping the Connell program strong. Anna is currently an FFA officer, and Kaine and Kade are also both active in FFA. Uncle Walt Pierson was an FFA Advisor in Chelan for many years.
