Dam side: Mud (Educated Downdirty) is a daughter of An Educated Guess, the top AQHA point-earning son of Smart Chic Olena. An Educated Guess earned 385 AQHA reining points and more than $20,000, with multiple AQHA World Show placings and circuit championships. Howie’s granddam, Plain Dark Chocolate (“Rudy”), is by Just Plain Colonel. He earned $52,676 and is the NRCHA’s No. 6 all-time leading sire, ranking among the top sires in reined cow horse, cutting and reining for more than a decade.
