Her sire, Midnight Kat DR (“MC”), came from the Davis Ranch program in Logan, Utah. He is by Starlight Midnight, an NRHA money earner who qualified for the 2007 AQHA World Show in Junior Heeling, earned more than 60 AQHA points, and holds an AQHA Register of Merit.
Starlight Midnight is a son of the legendary Grays Starlight, whose offspring have earned more than $10 million across the NRHA, NRCHA, and NCHA.
MC’s dam, Slick As A Cat DR, is by Magneticat, a red roan son of the great Metallic Cat. Magneticat is known for his size, bone, cow sense, and powerful stop—qualities that add even more substance to this impressive performance pedigree.
MC was started by Clint Davis and is known for his athleticism and exceptional disposition. He is quiet, personable, and extremely trainable, with the ability to extend, bend, and move with impressive quickness and balance. Twist is out of Headin For Hollywood, a money-earning daughter of Great Red Pine. Great Red Pine earned $60,952 and placed third at the 1991 Congress Futurity and fourth at the 1991 NRHA Futurity. This mare line also traces to Hollywood Jac 86, adding another layer of proven reining ability.
