Meet the Mares: Lendy

KT Lend a Hand, “Lendy,” is a stunning daughter of ZInks Major Kid and out of A Tuff Edition, “Tuffy” Tuffy is a very pretty dun mare with lots of chrome; she’s 14.2 hands tall and a combination of cow horse and running horse. Top side is Continental and bottom side is Breeze Bar. She throws chrome and big bone. Zinks Major Kid is by John Zink 1972 – AQHA Pts and 67 Palomino Halter pts and and 119 Palomino Performance Pts . Zinks Major Kid was out of Sheza Major Star who was also shown AQHA and is by Major Bonanza. Vein Morales showed Lendy at the Yakima Fair, were she got second in halter.

Meet the Mares: Bell

Sire of: World Champion Offspring, Superior Performance Offspring, AQHA High Point Performance Offspring, ROM Halter Offspring, ROM Performance Offspring, NRHA Money-earners and NCHA Money-earners. On the bottom side Shiney Men Can Jump is out of Ms Jumpin Jack Sprat, who is a daugther of Docs Jack Sprat. Docs Jack Sprat is an earner of AQHA Show H-58/P-43, Superior Halter, ROM Performance, AQHA Champion, NCHA $3,069.33, NCHA COA, SIRE OF: 125 performers and leading sire with NCHA earnings over $3.4 million. Meet the Mares: Rosey

Frankly Rosey, “Rosie,” is a 2005 grey mare by Frankly Majestic and out of A Tuff Edition. A Tuff Edition is a Tuff Continental and Mr Breeze Bar bred mare. Frankly Majestic is a Okie Leo grandson. Rosey is a really sweet mare that everyone loves. She is claimed by 5 year old Scarlett. She was born palomino so she has the crème gene as well as a grey. Her sire, Sonita Oakolena, has won NCHA $7,362 C0A . Sonita Oakolena is by Sonitalena, who has an NCHA LTE $224,583, NCHA Hall of Fame, Offspring LTE $221,826, 1990 Will Rodgers Open Futurity CH, 1996 NCHA World Champion Cutting Horse, 1996 NCHA World Champion Stallion, 1996 Abilene Spectacular Mini Masters Open Champion, NCHA COA, Bronze, Silver, Platinum. Her dam, Peppy was a fantastic mare that had foals that ended up in many different arenas, cutters, ropers, ranch horses and one is at the WP Guest Ranch. Peppy was by Little Peppy Conger, who had earned his NCHA Certificate of Ability, 1993 NWCHA Reserve Champion Open Horse and LTE over $25,000. Annie herself has been a cutter, roper, barrel horse, etc. Annie is a big bay mare with a great confirmation and disposition.

Meet the Mares: Shiney

KT Major Sunshine is fancy 2004 palomino mare out of Kathys Sonny Dee to, a Sonny Dee Bar Too mare, and Zinks Major Kid. Anna picked Shinny to keep when she was just a toddler, since we still had her we must have wanted to keep her too. Shinny was featured on the cover of the AQHA Journal. We have shown her in-hand trail at the NFQHA show in Ellensburg. This is a great mare that the kids all love, she has a great disposition. 87% NFQHA

Meet the Mares: Goldy

KT Roths Golden Girl, Goldy, is a really 2004 mare out of Zinks Major Kid and PDQ Rikki Tikki Lee, “Sissy,” that we have kept to use on the ranch. She is Ben’s pick to ride. She is a very versatile mare that Toni took to the Othello fair and she was shown halter and western equitation and Ben uses her to rope and general ranch work. Recently we added her to the brood mare band and now she is producing some outstanding foals that are very versatile and easy on the eyes.

Meet the Mare: Twiggy

Watch Miss ID, “Twiggy,” is a daughter of ID Watch, a red roan AQHA stallion that has earned his ROM. Twiggy’s breeding also includes Two Eyed Jack on her papers, Watch Joe Jack, Mr. Baron Red, and Do Jack. Twiggy is a very friendly, moderate framed mare that produces some great performance prospects. She is a favorite to visitors coming out, she loves attention and have very personable foals that are fancy.

Taris Smart Fortune, “Lola” was professionally trained by Scott Martin. She is an own daughter of Tari Smart, who has won over $12,000 NCHA. Her peidgree also includes Smart Little Lena, Peppy San, Freckles Playboy, and Smokin Jose. Meet the Mares: Bailey

Slide Me A Baileys is a 2002 smutty buckskin mare out of Slide On Bartender. Bailey is a very pretty, feminine mare that has a strong performance top side, crossed with a great foundation bottom. Her size, bone, and muscle expression are the perfect combination of both. Bailey was ranch ridden and used in the roping pen before becoming a broodmare. Bailey’s sire, Slide on Bartender was a buckskin stallion with both AQHA points in reining and some championships under his belt. Slide on Bartender was an own son of Shining Spark out of a Two Id Bartender daughter. Bailey’s bottom side includes rope horses deluxe, featuring some of the greats like Jimeny Jumpup, Maverick Coke, Grey Badger II, Waggoner, and many others.
