Moving Gunner’s pen

We moved Gunner’s pen out to the desert on Saturday. The pic of the horses on the skyline was taking by 10 year old Anna. She took some great shots.

KT Major Sunshine

KT Major Sunshine is a really nice mare, that is claimed by Anna, out of a Sonny Dee Bar Too mare and Zinks Major Kid. We have shown her in-hand trail at the NFQHA show in Ellensburg. Shiny was featured last summer on the cover of the AQHA Journal.

Shining Blue Dr

We sent the color test in on Bishop, we are excited to see how is body color tests, we know he is homozygous for black mane and tail. He is really coming along nicely, he is currently turned out with Jackpot and Double and Double takes really good care of the two younger stallions.

JWB Call Me Lura

We are excited to see what JWB Call Me Lura has this spring, she is bred to Gunner. She is a big, ranch type bay roan mare with a lot of bone and natural thickness. She is by True Enchanted Copy, who goes back to Jackie Bee, San Peppy, Biankus and Go Man Go. Shining Blue Dr

Shining Blue Dr is our new stallion prospect from the Davis Ranch out of Utah. He is by Autumnator, a Smart Little Lena son that is out of a Dual Pep mare. Shining Blue Dr is out of Plum Sparkling, a daughter of Shining Sparkler who is by Shining Spark and out of a Zan Parr Bar mare. We are excited to see how this colt turns out. He is E/E, so he will only produce foals with black mane and tail.

KT Gun in a Million July 2015

We take so many pictures of KT Gun in a Million that as soon as we get her in position she starts posing. She is such a wonderful filly. She is currently in her roan stage so it is hard to see her brindle patterning.

JWB Luras Lass

JWB Luras Lass, “Jackie,” is a 2014 buckskin filly by an own son of Fritzs Paychex out of Dandy Derby, Sunglows Last Command, Centurion Command, Jackie Bee bred mare. Clearly this is a foundation bred filly that should be able to do it all. This is a big boned, solid filly that is very smart and friendly. Minimal white and a nice golden color make this filly a great prospect with eye appeal.
