Big announcement… after careful consideration, we’ve decided to sell all the horses and switch to raising alpacas.
Low maintenance. No halter breaking. Supposedly they don’t test fences or try to buck you off… seemed like a good idea this morning.
We even told the cows they’re getting reassigned to lawn ornament duty.
…Then we stepped outside.
A colt nickered.
A mare pinned her ears.
A cow bawled for feed like she hadn’t eaten in a week.
Yeah… never mind. We’re keeping the chaos. 😅
Happy April Fools’ Day from the ranch—where the animals run the place and we just try to keep up.
